Korindo donates some learning facilities to support the requirement of the Early Childhood Education (ECD) in 6 villages of Pancoran District, those are Pengadegan, Pancoran, Rajawati, Cikoko, Duren Tiga, and Kalibata. The CSR program has already provided benefits to 1,422 toddlers in 33 BKB ECD since 2013.
During a visit to As-Sholihin ECD school in Kalibata Tengah, the manager and administrator of the school, Indriati Aminuddin said,”on this opportunity, on behalf of all of the managers and teachers of As-Sholihin, i would like to deliver our deepest gratitude to Korindo who has provided us with these learning facilities. Hopefully, they will be helpful in educating the children and we also hope that Korindo will continue their program.”
The learning facilities provided by the CSR program in form of 20 Educative Toys, including concentration supporting tools, literacy preparation tools, arithmetic preparation tools, toys for training the child’s motor, stationary, puzzles, storytelling medium, and other complementary educational games.
Korindo conducts programs that are helpful and beneficial, especially, to the toddlers and community around Korindo’s Headquarter, in order to create balance and interaction with them.
As noted by Normala, the head of Flamboyan ECD,”This is our ECD. Our activity starts on Monday to Thursday from 9-11AM. We learn languages and playing on Monday, sports and playing on Tuesday, colors and numbers on Wednesday, and religion on Thursday. According to the teachers, all of our activities have been running smoothly, and we are also helped by the learning facilities provided by Korindo. Therefore, we are very grateful to Korindo,” she said.
Another beneficiary of the learning facilities provision, the head of Mawar ECD said,”I am as the head of Mawar ECD, would like to thank PT Korindo for their help in providing the learning facilities for the children so they can improve their knowledge. Hopefully, PT Korindo will continue to help and support us, and keep growing bigger and more success.”
The donations have been carried out simultanously last week at the District Office of Pancoran. It was given by the GM of HRD of Korindo Group, Andre Roberto to the representative of BKB ECD in Pancoran District.
