TANGERANG – PT Korindo Heavy Industry (KHI) recorded another achievement with two wins at provincial-level K3 Awards on Wednesday (4/22/2026) at the Banten Governor’s Office.

In this annual event, the company took home a Platinum-level Occupational Safety and Health Committee (P2K3) award and a Gold-level HIV/AIDS Handling and Prevention (P2HIV) award.

This year saw 240 candidates for the P2K3 category and 78 candidates for the P2HIV category. Winners were selected through a process spanning document review, interview, and signing of proof of document verification — the final step before awarding took place.

Consistent implementation of safety and health measures is foundational to safe, productive work environments, said Dr. Muzakir, M.K.M., the director of occupational safety and health institutional development at the Ministry of Manpower.

“We want these awards to drive safety and health standard improvements across companies, not only for legal compliance purposes but also for a sustainable work culture.”
