Greetings of Change,
2019 is a special year for the Big Family of Korindo Group, because in that year, Korindo Group turned 50 years old. A perfect moment to start a big movement, a change!
At the same time, the launch of Korindo Group’s new logo along with the slogan “One Step Ahead” becomes the milestone of the beginning of change. Just like the hope expressed by Senior Vice Chairman of Korindo Group, Mr. Robert Seung at the 2020 new year opening ceremony, “The phrase ‘Let’s change, let’s renew,’ is not an option. Instead, it is a must. Because a company without change and innovation will not have progress nor will it have a future.”
Moments during the 50 years of Korindo are one of the parts in main stories presented in Korindo’s internal magazine which also has changed its name to One Step Ahead.
We present you the news on the highest appreciation given by OKI Jakarta Regional Government to Korindo Foundation.

This is the Beginning of Change (Korindo Group Launches New Logo and Slogan)
JAKARTA – Korindo Group has officially launched a new company logo and slogan. This signifies the end of the hexagonal frame logo in green color with the word Korindo inside, along with the Green Tomorrow slogan which was being used by Korindo Group since 1969.
Senior Vice Chairman, Mr. Robert Seung stated that the change of the company logo is the beginning of change, and the next step is innovation.
Mr. Robert Seung further explained the new Korindo logo. He explained the new Korindo logo design consists of six concepts, Glocalization, Infrastructure, Future Orientation, Nature, Human, and lastly is the connection between all of the concepts. “The six concepts are precious values and something for Korindo to live with/’ Mr. Robert said at the logo launching event in Jakarta, Saturday (21/12).
A deep meaning is shown in the new logo design. The two strokes on the logo symbolize human and nature meeting each other.
The design also visualizes a form of energy or drive for the global future growth, progress and development through a stroke that extends up and down with a hexagonal logo inside with no frame.
“Why did the company has to change? So the company can be more developed and for the sake of sustainable growth. Therefore, every company in the world, emphasizes on change and innovation,” Mr. Robert Seung reiterated.
The same goes to the chosen phrase “One Step Ahead” as the new slogan of Korindo Group. In coincide with Korindo Group’s 50th anniversary, these new logo and slogan “One Step Ahead” were launched.
“With meaning Being One Step Ahead, this slogan is perfect for all of us. If the company wants to move one step forward, the employees need to go one step forward as well,” said Mr. Robert.
He hoped that the current employees could show their skills and selfcompetence, along with the efforts put out by the management to create an atmosphere that can bring out the best performance.
Mr. Robert Seung urged the entire big family of Korindo Group to change, therefore this is not an option. But it is a must. Because a company with no change and innovation, will not have progress nor will it have a future. (pr)
