JAKARTA – Korindo Group ensures to regularly monitor the health of its employees through a collaboration with the Pancoran District’s puskesmas on this year’s medical screening.
483 people participated in the two-day event (June 17-18, 2026) held by Korindo Foundation. This screening included height, weight, and waist measurements, in addition to blood pressure and blood sugar tests.
Besides the basic physical check, there were also clinical breast and speculum exams to help female workers detect breast cancer early.
These initiatives demonstrate Korindo Group’s care for its women workforce, and have drawn praise especially from Uun Magfiroh Putri (General Trading Division). Both exams allow for early screening of “invisible” risks, and are therefore important.
“I’m interested in the reproductive health tests since I’ve never had them before. Thanks to this event, I get to find out if I have reproductive issues.”
Another participant, Fauzan Firdaus (Learning & Innovation Center), shared Uun’s awareness of well-being maintenance. He sees regular checkups as a crucial step in health monitoring.

“[I’m specifically talking about] personal well-being, because well, we get older each year and it’s through going to checkups that we can mitigate for cholesterol [and] blood sugar issues,” said Fauzan. “The more we age, the more we suffer from illnesses.”
But beyond tracking health status, screenings offer other purposes, said dr. Arina, who’s in charge of the event.
First, emphasize prevention over cure; second, detect risk factors for diseases that may not yet show symptoms.
“Aside from examination, our team provides education and feedback. We [also] encourage those needing further checkup or treatment to consult with the Pancoran [District] puskesmas or the nearest health center. [To ease follow-up], we provide them with referral letters,” said the puskesmas doctor.
Annual medical checkups are part of Korindo Group’s dedication to ensuring employee well-being. By working with the local puskesmas, the company hopes to cultivate healthy lifestyles across its workspaces and improve workforce health. (PR)
