JAKARTA – In this pandemic, Korindo Foundation showed its concern for children’s nutritional health, especially those under five years old (toddlers). One work they did to alleviate this issue was by holding a supplementary feeding (PMT) program in 26 posyandus (integrated health posts) in Duren Tiga Urban Village, South Jakarta.
Korindo Foundation General Secretary, Seo Jeongsik, had high hopes that this program could help the posyandus provide benefits to many people. “We’re aware of posyandus’s vital role in improving the overall health of mothers and children. We also appreciate Duren Tiga Urban Village’s dedication to balancing toddlers’ nutrition through these health posts,” he said.
The urban village head Muhammad Mursid said that his community felt greatly supported with the packages. “Korindo has consistently helped the local community. It has set an excellent example for other businesses in terms of showing concern for the community.”
