JAKARTA – Gas station operator under Korindo Group, PT Bimaruna Abadi, won Best of the Best SPBU Nasional 2023 (2023 National Best of the Best Gas Station) Award in SPBU Excellence, a Pertamina program. The award was presented at the Pertamina Marketing Award 2024 in Alana Hotel, Yogyakarta, Saturday (1/20).
PT Pertamina Patra Niaga’s CEO Riva Siahaan delivered the certificate to PT Bimaruna Abadi’s manager Agung Prihasto Wibowo in person. In his speech, Siahaan shared how this event was made to drive service quality improvements across Pertamina partner companies.
“We hope this award can create a healthy competition among Pertamina fuel distributors and push them to improve service quality. Besides that, we want to appreciate those who have helped us establish a stellar reputation with impeccable customer service,” Siahaan said.
While this was not PT Bimaruna Abadi’s first award, it surely inspired the company to deliver its best, Wibowo said.
“Thankfully, we won Best of The Best SPBU [Nasional] award [again] this time. We always try our best to manage our operations. Onwards, we hope to do even better and bring quality services to our clients.”

Apart from Best of The Best SPBU Nasional, Pertamina awards its partners based on other categories like Best of Pertamina Way and Best of Penyaluran Subsidi Tepat Sasaran (Best Accurate Subsidy Distributor). These accolades are a form of recognition for companies that have worked well with the state oil and gas firm.
Pertamina Marketing Award is an annual award ceremony with multiple stages of evaluation. Criteria for passing include cleanliness, aesthetics, orderliness, administration, and completion of personnel uniforms. Candidates compete on a regional and national level.
