Mobile Service from Asiki Clinic
In addition to the main service that provided directly in clinic, Asiki Clinic also carried out a new program called “Mobile Service” around villages and border areas around the company which is located in Boven Digoel District, Papua.
To carry out this Mobile Service program, Asiki Clinic works together with community health centers (Puskesmas). The purpose of this program is to improve the utilization and the accessibility of health& medical services to that area. Meanwhile the target of this program is also intended to improve the health of pregnant women and infants or toddlers in Boven Digoel District.
In 2017, this program was carried out in 6 villages, which located in Jair Sub- District (3 villages), Subur Sub- District (1 village), and Ki Sub- District (2 villages). In the following months, the program is done alternately to other villages according from the schedule of Posyandu (integrated health service post) from the local Puskesmas.
